About this role

Was erwartet dich? Du planst und buchst Hotels, Mietwagen, Flüge und weitere Reiseleistungen für unsere Servicetechnikerinnen und Servicetechniker - immer mit Blick auf Effizienz, Komfort und Projektanforderungen. Du unterstützt die Disposition unserer Serviceteams im Tagesgeschäft und hilfst dabei, Einsätze, Reisezeiten, Verfügbarkeiten und kurzfristige Änderungen strukturiert zu koordinieren. Du stimmst dich eng mit Operations, Projektleitung, Teamleads und externen Ansprechpartnern ab und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Teams gut vorbereitet in ihre Einsätze starten. Bei Auslandsreisen unterstützt du von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung - zum Beispiel bei Visa-Anträgen, länderspezifischen Anforderungen und notwendigen Unterlagen.…
