About this role

Was erwartet dich? You manage the daily Liftra Self-Hoisting Crane business within Buss Energy Group. You coordinate Liftra SHC projects with a strong focus on safety, planning quality and operational reliability. You develop RAMS and other safety-related documentation together with HSE management and site teams. You prepare and implement weekly project plans, considering technicians, tools, logistics units and permits. You act as a key contact person between Buss Energy Group, Liftra, customers and site teams. You maintain regular communication with site teams and customers throughout project execution. You identify upcoming operational challenges, risks and bottlenecks at an early stage. You inform management about relevant project developments and support structured decision-making.…
