POS-27447 Job Description: HubSpot is looking for a Senior Counsel to join the Commercial Legal Team to provide a key support role to our North America-based Sales Teams. In this role, you’ll get to: Provide first-line client-centric legal support to our North America Sales teams on commercial and legal issues Review and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, master services agreements, data processing agreements, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, and statements of work Partner closely with Sales and Deal Desk stakeholders to understand the business objectives and hurdles, and drive strategic improvements Work with internal technology teams to build AI-powered tools and processes to deliver business impact…
