About this role

POS-19197 As a Lead Automation Analyst within the Agentic GTM team, you will be the primary architect and builder of AI-first solutions designed to drive scale and efficiency for Ops and Sales. This is a high-impact role for a builder who can define technical strategy, design complex architectures, and execute hands-on. HubSpot is accelerating toward an AI-first operating model. You will be embedded close to the business to uncover the highest impact opportunities, prototype rapidly, and ship production-grade agentic workflows that redefine how our GTM teams operate.
