Role Overview We are hiring a Director of Growth & Operations to lead a pivotal transition from a project-based firm to a scalable, MRR-driven professional services business. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you will own both the revenue growth strategy and the operational infrastructure to deliver it—reporting directly to the Owner. If you have built a recurring-revenue services model before and thrive in lean, high-ownership environments, this role was designed for you.
