Job Description Summary The Sr. Program Manager – FVL Process & Transformation Leader will lead high-impact transformation initiatives supporting Future Vertical Lift (FVL) efforts through process excellence, FLIGHT DECK fundamentals, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven execution. This role is responsible for identifying, designing, and deploying improvements that simplify workflows, improve operating rigor, and deliver measurable business impact across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This leader will work across program, engineering, digital technology, and functional teams to accelerate process transformation, drive adoption of new ways of working, and establish the training, communication, and governance mechanisms needed to sustain results.…
