Job Description Summary The Design Manager shall have both management and individual contributor responsibilities. As a Manager, you will be responsible for delivering technical output for the development of hypersonic flight and ground prototypes and their subsystems for the purpose of maturing high-speed propulsion systems to TRL 6-7. As an experienced leader, you will direct teams of design and analysis engineers to meet program requirements and develop both the teams and their processes through continuous improvement, and balancing capacity and capability with business demands.
