About this role

We are currently recruiting for customer-focused and enthusiastic deskside engineer with a genuine interest in solving peoples IT issues. The applicant should be technically competent, possess good written and face to face communication skills and be willing to collaborate with the wider Global IT support teams. You will be responsible for onsite technical services based at the customer’s site in Yeovil providing support services including hardware & software break fix and IMAC services ; advising and assisting users in solving problems related to software, hardware, networks and peripherals using available technology.
