About this role

Overview As an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for working in a team-based environment supporting our customers running workloads in the public cloud. You will work in conjunction with your team to foster heightened customer experience and drive technical innovation in the managed services practice. Your Impact The essential functions of this position include: Support and maintenance of Azure production environments Ensuring availability, performance, security, governance and scalability of Azure production systems via various monitoring, logging, and other toolsets System troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms.
