About this role

The Solution Engineer, Sr serves as a trusted partner to the salesforce (direct and channel) by providing in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of our products in order to close ERP sales opportunities. This role will be responsible for solutions across multiple Epicor product lines. Job Description Duties & Responsibilities Coach and mentor Solution Engineers ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery. Communicate with the sales team on new business opportunities, translate client’s technical requirements to solution, drive the technical discussions, deliver custom demonstrations, and implement technical proofs-of-concept.
