About this role

Position Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer at Diligent, you'll be hands-on in shaping the future of our platform by designing and delivering secure, scalable microservices and AI-powered features that transform how organizations manage risk. You'll work primarily in TypeScript with React frontends and Node.js services, leveraging AWS serverless to build solutions from the ground up or modernize existing services. In this role, you'll lead by example, owning services end-to-end, driving architectural decisions, and pioneering the team's AI/agentic capabilities. You'll design and ship intelligent features (LLM integrations, agentic workflows, RAG systems) while mentoring others on engineering excellence and responsible AI development.…
