About this role

Joining Collibra’s People team This is not a traditional Talent Acquisition leadership role. Collibra is looking for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our global Talent Acquisition function. Collibra sits at the intersection of two of the most consequential shifts in enterprise technology: the rapid adoption of AI and the governance required to make it trustworthy at scale. As the leader in data and AI governance, we are building the team that will define our next chapter of growth. As AI fundamentally reshapes how talent is identified, engaged, assessed, and hired.
