About the role We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People Team in Sydney on an initial 12-month parental leave fixed term contract basis. This is a high-profile role where you'll operate as a trusted advisor to Partners and business leaders across the firm, supporting the delivery of strategic people initiatives and providing expert guidance on a broad range of people matters. You'll spend your time coaching and supporting Partners on leadership, culture, engagement, performance and talent development, while providing commercially focused advice on employee relations matters, employment obligations, performance management, probations and terminations.…
