The Role Department : Volume Motor Location : Manchester Role : Paralegal (Entry level) This is an entry level role and full training will be provided enabling you to carry out the key responsibilities as follows: Key Responsibilities Handle low value infant approval, OIC and MOJ stage 3 files. Deal with all procedural matters from issue through to trial Assess claims for special damages. Draft all pleadings Demonstrate the ability to value personal injury using JC Guidelines and case law Negotiate settlement where appropriate using persuasive arguments. Have strong telephone negotiation skills. Prepare witness statements for use in court proceedings, taken via telephone call or video call.…
