BCBST is hiring a Senior Executive Leader, BlueCare Plus D‑SNP. We’re looking for a proven leader who brings deep expertise in Medicare and Dual Special Needs Plans, along with a strong track record of driving financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This executive will be a strategic partner across the enterprise, capable of aligning cross-functional teams while navigating complex CMS and TennCare /Medicaid requirements.
