About this role
We are currently seeking employment lawyers to join us and work with our Fortune 500 clients:
Responsibilities:
Providing legal support to APAC HR functions and advising on employment related legal matters
Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters, including but not limited to, employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance with labor laws.
Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents.
Assist in the resolution of employment disputes, including handling grievances, mediations, and representing the company in employment-related litigation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 PQE in employment law, preferably from corporates/financial institutions or law firms.…
