We are currently seeking Data Privacy Attorneys to join our legal support team and provide legal counsel to our Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities:
Advise on Canadian privacy and data protection laws, including compliance with federal and provincial privacy requirements.
Review, draft, and negotiate privacy-related provisions in commercial agreements, including vendor, technology, services, and data processing agreements.
