About this role

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Contracting Lawyers with at least 5 years of in-house legal experience in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts specific to the healthcare industry, including supply chain agreements, SaaS, IT, and procurement contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, supply chain, and business development, to support the company's commercial objectives. Develop and implement best practices for contract management and risk mitigation. Assist in resolving contractual disputes and provide advice on risk assessment and management. Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments to proactively address potential impact on the business.…
