About this role

Join Our Team as an Attorney at Axiom Location: Toronto We are seeking a Equity Capital Markets Counsel to join our Corporate and Securities team in Canada. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience executing transactions under the Securities Act of 1933, including high-yield bonds, Rule 144A offerings, Eurobonds, and EMTN programs, along with robust transactional and regulatory capabilities across the equity capital markets lifecycle. Responsibilities: Provide legal and regulatory support on IPOs and equity capital markets transactions led by the bank.
