Axiom, the leading provider of on-demand legal talent globally, is seeking a skilled compliance professional, with expertise in the construction and development industry, to support our client, a leading Australian property developer in a full-time, long-term role based in the Sydney metropolitan area.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all applicable property, building, safety, and regulatory requirements, including the Building Code of Australia (BCA), state legislation, and local council regulations.
Coordinate and conduct routine property inspections, compliance audits, and risk assessments, identifying and resolving non-compliance issues in a timely manner.…
