We are seeking an Asset Finance & Leasing Counsel to join our Financial Services team. In this role, you will provide legal support to clients on a broad range of asset finance, equipment leasing, and secured financing transactions.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate equipment finance agreements, lease agreements, and related asset finance documentation.
Advise clients on equipment financing structures, including secured lending, leasing arrangements, and asset-based financing transactions.
Support the structuring and documentation of commercial equipment finance transactions across various industries, including industrial and manufacturing sectors.…
