Job Overview As the Manager of Loan Operations, you will serve as the operational leader and process architect for AvidXchange’s commercial lending operational ecosystem. In this player-coach role, you will directly lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Loan Account Analysts while ensuring absolute precision in money movement, ledgering, and financial reconciliations. You will act as the strategic, cross-functional bridge between Treasury, Treasury Operations, and Accounting to safeguard capital flows, improve internal controls, and protect the system from operational risk.
