About this role

Overview We are seeking a skilled HRIS / Workday Specialist to manage and optimize our Talent systems. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, ensure data integrity, support reporting and analytics, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday HCM and other Talent modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and business teams. What You’ll Do Support HRIS-related inquiries and ensure the system meets the needs of the Talent department and other stakeholders, troubleshooting system issues via tickets and enhancement requests.
