About this role

Kia ora! Our Digital team is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join the HR, People & Safety Applications team to support and develop our Workday ERP system. As a Senior Systems Analyst you will be responsible for the technical analysis and support of business applications and systems (predominantly Workday) within the People portfolio. You will be a subject matter expert on the application and associated business processes and lead the implementation of system enhancements to support continuous improvement. As a senior member of the team, you will have a keen focus on leading by example, mentoring and coaching our Systems Analysts, facilitating meetings/workshops and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.…
