本ポジションでは、越境EC支援事業をリードするカスタマーサクセスを募集しています。
業務内容
自社開発の物流支援ソフト「AnyLogi」の導入サポート
EC事業者の物流課題の解決支援
物流運用のサポートとユーザーのロイヤリティ向上施策の企画・実行
開発チームと協力して、安定的な運用をサポート
必須要件
ロジスティクス分野での2年以上の経験、またはSaaSのカスタマーサクセスやシステム運用経験2年以上
歓迎要件
物流業界での営業経験、またはシステム導入コンサル経験
日常会話レベルの英語スキル
