Position: Cold Caller Schedule: Mountain Standard Time (Dayshift) (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm MST) We are building a high-performing outbound sales operation and are looking for driven, disciplined, and coachable Sales Development Representatives (Cold Callers) to support an insurance-focused sales team. This role centers on outbound prospecting and appointment setting for licensed insurance professionals. You will initiate conversations with potential customers, identify insurance needs, pre-qualify prospects, and book high-quality appointments that convert into policy sales. This is not a traditional call-center role.
