People Ops at Krea
We're a small team and this is a true 0-1 role. There's no existing people ops function to inherit. You'll set up the systems, build the processes, and own everything that keeps the team running smoothly as we grow.
What you'll do:
- Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.
- Manage payroll and HR operations across our global team using Gusto and Deel.…
