Financial Planning Team은 전사 재무계획 수립과 사업 분석을 통해 재무적 Implication을 도출하고, 경영진의 전략적 의사결정을 지원하는 조직입니다.
본 포지션은 전사 재무 구조를 이해하고, 복잡한 사업 환경에서 재무 관점의 판단과 방향성을 제시하는 Senior FP&A 역할을 수행합니다.

전사 및 사업부 단위 재무계획 수립 및 운영
월간 실적 분석 및 관리손익 보고 체계 운영
Rolling Forecast 및 시나리오 기반 손익 추정
주요 사업/프로젝트에 대한 재무적 의사결정 지원
투자 및 비용 구조 분석을 통한 재무 insight 도출
조직/프로젝트 간 비용 배부 및 관리 체계 설계
경영진 보고자료 작성 및 주요 이슈에 대한 Insight 제공
Ad-hoc 분석 및 전략 과제 수행
