About the Role You know what happens after a Workday go-live? The real work starts. Clients who just survived implementation are now expected to thrive in their new system — and most of them need a trusted expert in their corner to make that happen. That’s the Workday Whisperer. This is a dedicated, high-touch advisory position where you own a small book of post-go-live customers, guide them through ongoing enhancements, and become the person they call when Workday isn’t doing what they need it to do. You’re part strategist, part consultant, part translator between what the business wants and what the system can do.
