About this role

KeystoneCare is seeking a dedicated Intake Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating the flow of patients into our care system. As the first point of contact, you will educate potential patients and referral sources about our services, manage all referrals, ensure accurate information gathering, and facilitate the assignment of cases to appropriate clinical resources.
