Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, using creative sourcing methods to attract and engage top talent
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and oversee day-to-day recruitment activities
Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, reviewing their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Maintain accurate records and track progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure transparency and efficiency in the hiring process
Keep up to date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices to refine and enhance recruitment strategies
