About this role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Employer Brand & Communications to define and lead our global employer branding strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how our company is perceived by current and potential employees, ensuring a strong and consistent employer value proposition across all markets. You will partner closely with HR, Marketing, and leadership teams to drive talent attraction, engagement, and the long-term growth of the company.
Responsibilities

Promote the EVP through various channels: social media, media outlets, events, partnerships, internal communication…
