SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Jotun Indonesia now is seeking a professional to support our Supply chain team. This position would provide excellent customer service to Key Customers focus on our Chinese Customer by liaising with customers, processing and monitoring orders, invoices, credits and complaints to ensure accurate and efficient working procedures and high level of customer satisfaction. The position will be based in Cibitung, Bekasi and directly report to Customer Service Coordinator.
