About this role
My rapidly expanding client are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and manage existing and future hotel projects that are currently within construction or planning phase. They are looking for somebody with excellent communication skills who would liaise with contractors across their UK sites, agreeing timescales, budget control and relaying information back to head office. This role is reporting to the Cluster General Manager and will have a dotted line to the Chairman. You will be flexible on visiting sites across the portfolio across the UK.
