Duties: • Plan, design, test, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of enterprise backup systems. • Proactive capacity planning for backup environments across the company. • Manage backup related activities such as monitoring, troubleshooting performance issues, data recovery, exception management, etc. across both data center and remote office environments. • Monitor the performance of all backup systems and respond to issues and incidents by troubleshooting to resolve the problem. • Recommend, schedule and perform backup environment improvements, upgrades, patches, and fixes.…
