About this role

JETSET Pilates Aventura is a luxury reformer Pilates studio known for our elevated client experience, high-energy classes, and tight-knit community. We are looking for a driven, personable Studio Sales Specialist to own our membership growth and client acquisition strategy. This is a part-time role with a hybrid structure — approximately 5 hours per week in studio, with the remainder focused on outreach, follow-up, and sales activity. Compensation Competitive base pay + commission structure based on membership conversions and sales performance. Details discussed during interview.
