About this role
The Senior Product Lifestyle Consultant will own and assist the full customer journey from demo through successful implementation, go-live, and beyond. Responsibilities include learning Jenzabar software, gathering and reviewing client business practices, deliver dynamic/high energy and engaging presentations of SONIS, configure software, train end users on the software, and document training/consulting engagements. The Consultant must be a proactive, self-starting professional and be able to travel. This position requires a solid understanding of Student Information Systems, along with a general understanding of higher education regulations, requirements and policies associated with key student-based offices.…
