About this role
The Technical Support Technician provides customer-focused, part-time, entry-level technical support for IT services within Jefferson County Public Library (JCPL). This role assists the IT Operations team with tasks such as updating computer images, providing AV support, account provisioning, and maintaining/supporting VoIP phone system. This position also supports day-to-day system administration tasks, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues; assisting with A/V systems in meeting and public spaces; monitoring system performance; managing inventory and equipment lifecycle; and maintaining accurate technical documentation.…
