Job Description: Title: Senior Recruiter Location: Remote – USA, Canada Reports to: Sr. Manager, Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition Vacancy : This is an existing vacancy The Role: As a Senior Recruiter, you will operate as a strategic talent advisor, owning end-to-end hiring across a complex portfolio of roles while directly influencing how JD Power hires. You will partner with senior leaders, People & Culture, and Finance to translate business strategy into forward-looking hiring plans. This is a transformation role. We are shifting from transactional recruiting to a proactive talent engine.
