About this role

About the Position We are looking for an HR Partner to join our team in Hong Kong across a broad range of strategic and operational responsibilities. Your ability to pivot from strategic thinking to practical implementation and back will be critical. On a given day, you might serve as a resource for employees to resolve issues, hold long-term strategic discussions with senior leaders, coach managers on employee relations matters, help design and improve our people processes (e.g., performance management) and dig into data. As you work alongside other HR Partners to support groups locally, you will also be a key member of our global HR team.
