Job Purpose The General Trades Manager is responsible for oversight and performance of the general maintenance, janitorial and grounds related to all Lansing offices, data centers and other buildings. The manager will also assist with assuring compliance with environmental, building, fire, health, OSHA and ADA codes and regulations. Essential Responsibilities Plans, coordinates, and supervises program activities including budget and project forecasting.
