About this role

University of Udine is looking for an IVY volunteer! The volunteer will support the Interreg project “Nettle4EU - Piante alpine per applicazioni ad alto valore aggiunto: sinergie transfrontaliere per un’innovazione sostenibile" , under the Programme " Interreg Italia-Austria ". The NETTLE4EU project builds on the results achieved by NETTLE, which developed the first cross-border database of the phytochemical fingerprint and nutritional and functional properties (antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and wound-healing activity) of natural extracts from Alpine plants. NETTLE4EU aims to transfer and leverage this knowledge by defining optimal technological protocols for the formulation of functional products in the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sectors.…
