Insurance infrastructure is brutal to get right. Every carrier has its own spec. Every product has its own underwriting rules. Every country has its own regulatory requirements. Most insurers solve this by throwing people and processes at the complexity: one-off integrations, workarounds stacked on workarounds, and systems held together by tribal knowledge. The result is a tech stack that makes every new product slower and harder to launch than the last.
We chose a different path. We built GRID: a configurable insurance platform that absorbs that complexity once, correctly, so that launching a new product or entering a new market is a configuration exercise.…
