About this role
Our client are a specialist IT Support and Solutions company who are looking to hire a new 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst to join their well-established IT team made up of experienced IT Consultants, Technical Engineers & Helpdesk Support Technicians. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Provide call handling and remote support for issues including PC’s, hardware installations, Microsoft 365, Server maintenance, etc Provision of a first-rate technical service to IP’s customers ensuring the company’s standards of excellence are utilised and driving ‘customer delight’.
