About this role

About the Role We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the critical intersection of our product, our platform, and our customers. You will occupy the central spot in the Venn diagram between Backend Software Engineer, Platform Engineer / SRE, and Solutions Architect. While our core feature development happens globally, you will own the production environment and its successful delivery to our customers. You will dive deep into the codebase to understand, triage, and delegate or fix critical bugs. You will architect tools to improve platform stability and contribute directly to the core product to prevent issues from happening in the first place. You will meet with customers to understand their needs and adapt existing tech or develop new tech to meet those needs.…
