Job Title HR ADIVISOR Full time Position Reporting to Regional HR Manager / General Manager Purpose To enhance the employee experience by advising and supporting store management on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, development, and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, drives employee engagement, and helps build a motivated and high-performing store team Key Responsibilities • Advise on ideal rotas and changes in structure to improve effective use of hours according to business needs. • Promotes WLB • Orquest administration and maintenance. • Support and advice in ER meetings. • Roll out company training in store, particularly relating to HR processes. • Resolve payroll queries.…
