About this role

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Oversees highly complex or strategically significant client relationships and delivers high touch, advisory service. This role leads complex engagements and may mentor staff or support market level initiatives. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to: • Manages dedicated Book of Business: high-revenue, high-complexity or strategically significant book, often including more complex funding models (e.g., self-funded, custom-designed plans) and key accounts with high-touch, high-frequency service needs. • Drives expert client lifecycle management, including escalated issue resolution and strategic advisory support. • Collaborates with Producers and internal partners on prospect support and service optimization.…
