About IDEALFORCE has a part time CONTRACT position available immediately for a Service Desk Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix AZ. This is an ONSITE position. End user technical support on PC's, Thin Clients, and tablets. In depth knowledge and experience with Windows 8.1 & 7 in a Microsoft AD environment as well as Citrix.
