About the Role iCapital is looking for a Vice President to join its Hedge Fund Finance team to focus on Hedge Fund Accounting and Administration duties. This individual will work closely with other team members, vendors, senior management, and clients on a variety of accounting and reporting processes. Responsibilities Lead and manage a portfolio of private equity and hedge fund feeder funds. Work with the Implementation teams with regards to new business and fund launches. Review feeder fund draft documents (LPA/PPM) as well as underlying fund operational questionnaires prior to fund launch. Provide feedback to internal legal or fund origination teams if there is anything that should be considered from a fund finance perspective.…
