About the Role iCapital is seeking a Business Control Associate or Assistant Vice President to strengthen the firm’s operational foundation by embedding a robust first line of defense (1LOD) business control framework. This includes risk identification, control design, control execution and testing, and governance while implementing scalable processes, standardization, and data driven insights within the Business Controls and Governance team.
